High Percentage

High Percentage is finding a way to win.  Its goal is to create a result through the execution of a game plan. Its mission is to create hundreds of opportunities to win the game.  And at the same time limit the opponents chances to score.  It is an understanding of what loses and what wins a game.  It is making sure that the essentials are trained a thousand times.  And it is also making sure that the non-essentials are not the focus.  A coach who relies on talent alone will be defeated.  A coach who relies on high percentage play will find a way to win.  Its a simple choice that most are not even aware of.
